Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Check-In time is 12 pm all days. Due to staffing, please notify us well in advance, PRIOR to your day of arrival, if you anticipate a later arrival. We offer a streamlined check-in process with customized and detailed arrangements to make it convenient and easy. We are happy to make this work for you so you do not feel rushed.

As we prepare the rooms and premise for our arrivals, we cannot entertain any booking before 12pm. Early book ins need to be arranged with us in advance.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of your reservation and the reminder to be paid on check out.

Cancellations

A full refund of your deposit will be offered for cancellations 2 or more days in advance of your scheduled arrival.  For cancellations less than 2 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, no refunds will be offered! Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation has occurred.

It is our primary desire and goal to have our guests join us as scheduled, however cancellations greatly affect a small place like ours. SvaDhyaya is a small Bed and Breakfast and, unlike most hotels, we do not over book our room inventory, nor have a high volume of rooms to offer like a hotel. When we guarantee an accommodation we enter into a contract with our guests, and your room will not be booked to another party. We remove that room from our available inventory thus lose the opportunity to sell it to others and guaranteeing you the particular room of your choice; that is why it is important for the guarantee to be honored both ways. Because we will strictly adhere to our policy.

Group Reservations

A group reservation is when TWO (2) OR MORE ROOMS are booked at the same time, for the same period of time, traveling together or for an event being held in the area or at SvaDhyaya. The entire place may be required to be booked to avoid disruption to the booking party and any other guests staying at the SvaDhyaya.  To avoid disruptions and guarantee guests will not be impacted, a group booking MORE THAN 2 ROOMS will require the entire place to be booked for the gathering.  A group reservation deposit of 75% at the time of booking is mandatory. Cancellation policy stands the same!

Exclusivity

Rooms and house use are for Registered Guests of SvaDhyaya only. For the comfort, convenience, respect of privacy, liability and to ensure a quiet, quality stay for all of our guests, we respectfully ask that you do not bring in guests, friends, or family that you are visiting in the area. We are happy to pre-arrange a tour of the common areas of the premises with advance notice.

Occupancy

All of our rooms (and rates) are based on Single or Double Occupancy only. For all further additions please contact us in advance to make special arrangements.

Children

Our place is designed for a quiet getaway for our adult guests. We will reserve the right to accept or reject a booking if we believe it may impact the experience of our guests. Children between the age of 10-16 can get a discounted rate. Please contact us for the rates.

Pets

For the safety, comfort, and convenience of all of our guests, we regret that we do not allow pets.

Parking

We offer convenient and secure parking on our premises.

Collection and Storage of Personal Data

The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of our customers, shall to the best of our knowledge, be in line with the General Data Protection Regulations and in accordance with data protection regulations.

• We only collect personal data to be able to deliver accommodations in a safe and legal way for both us and the guest and in line with required regulations.

• As we only use personal data for the purposes mentioned in the point above we assume guest give consent by a clear affirmative action (entering their own personal data by themselves and confirming the reservation by pressing a button in the system).

• We collect the following personal data: name, address, phone number, email address, credit card data (if applicable), Phone Pe, Google Pay etc.

• We never collect personal data for accompanying children under 16.

• We never use personal data for profiling purposes.

• We never sell or use personal data that we have received to a third party.

Smoking & Alcohol

SvaDhyaya is a NON-SMOKING & NON-Alcohol property. For the health and safety of our guests, smoking, Consuming alcohol and other narcotics is strictly not permitted anywhere on the premises. Additionally, we do not have designated outdoor smoking areas; we ask that you go out of the premises if you need to smoke. Your complete cooperation is expected and appreciated.

Any violation of these policies will result in the need to find other accommodations immediately.
